My therapeutic approach is to work with the whole person, seeing them in the many roles they play (child, spouse, partner, parent, sibling), including their personal history and present circumstances. Emotional troubles don’t always fall into neat categories.  Below is a general list of problem areas.  Because the family functions as a system, even though you may seek counseling individually, sometimes others who are important in your life can participate in the therapeutic process in discovering more effective problem-solving skills or coping mechanisms.
