My therapeutic approach is to work with the whole person, learning to understand your personal history and the many roles you play (child, spouse, partner, parent, sibling, employee, etc). Working together we can discover a new perspective which can be useful in helping you to reach your goals. Taking steps to understand your feelings can make your life better as you to realize your amazing gifts and potential.

I work with children through older adults utilizing a collaborative family-centered, strength-based, insight-oriented approach, I am here to provide support, help you improve your problem-solving skills and assist you in creating the life you want!
