Partnering with you to sort through your concerns, exploring the various roles you're playing (partner, friend, parent, child, employee, etc.). Gaining a greater understanding of the patterns in your history and their impact on the present in order to create the relationships you desire. Examining the negative beliefs you may hold and the resulting behaviors can lead to a more useful perspective. Counseling can support you as you learn to better manage the stressors in your life, help you improve personal relationships, raise your self-esteem and increase your understanding and acceptance of self resulting in more productive and positive connections.
